
Rainbow Rice (serves 4)

Ingredients:
1 sachet of Rainbow Rice (60g)
180g of White rice, washed
900ml water
5-6 garlic, crushed
50g frozen mixed vegetables
Seasoning e.g. Chicken stock, salt, pepper
Method:
1. Fry garlic until sides are brown.
2. Add in the frozen vegetables, white rice, Rainbow rice and seasoning into the mixture and fry for another 2 minutes.
3. Transfer the mixture into a rice cooker. Pour in the water and cook.
4. Rainbow Rice is ready to serve when the rice cooker switches to “warm”.
